FAQ’s

Please read through our Frequently Asked Questions about our services and venue hire. If you have any other questions, please get in touch and we?ll be happy to help.

 

What are your opening hours?

We accept bookings between the hours of 08:30-22:30, 7 days a week. Events on our rooftop must end by sundown or 21:30, whichever is earliest.

Our main reception is manned from 08:30-16:30, Monday to Friday. For events outside of these hours we can discuss your requirements.

 

What does the room hire charge include?

Wi-Fi, Flipchart, Lectern & Microphones, Screen & Projector, HDMI/ VGA connections with adapters, large windows, blinds, temperature control & chilled tap water refreshed throughout the day.

 

Do you offer a Daily Delegate Rate (DDR)?

Yes we are able to offer DDR?s. Please get in touch with details on the numbers attending your event and we can give you a quote.

 

Can you offer food & drinks packages along with the room hire?

Yes, absolutely! Our catering partner is Eden Caterers (www.edencaterers.london) who offer a great selection of breakfasts, lunches, buffets and finger food. Please visit our catering page for more information.

 

Is there parking on site?

We do not have allocated parking on site. There are 2 blue badge parking spaces within 20 metres of the venue, available on a first-come first-served basis.

There is a loading bay outside our front door if you wish to be dropped off by car/taxi.

If you require a parking space nearby there is a car park in Victoria Station – APCOA Parking.

 

Is the venue accessible?

Our venue is fully accessible. Please visit our accessibility page for more information.

 

Can we use our own suppliers?

Yes, we do allow clients to bring in their own suppliers. We ask that you inform us of which company you are using first and depending on the nature of the activity we may ask for H&S documentation.

 

Can we erect our own signage or branding in the venue?

You are able to place a sign on our front door and have a welcome sign inside reception.

Inside the meeting rooms you may use as much branding or signage as you wish, we just ask that you do not apply these to the painted walls, however the doors and partitioned walls within the rooms are fine to use.

 

Do you offer printing services?

We are able to offer printing for small amounts at our reception for a small fee. Please ask for details.

 

Can you handle my deliveries / collections for me?

We are able to hold small amounts of boxes and equipment close to your event date. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
